Almost there!

As the end of the semester quickly approaches, remind your residents they don’t have to go far for a quiet place to study. We have a study lounge on each floor that is open 24/7. They can also take advantage of our unlimited free printing on the 2dn and 3rd floor lounges! And who can forget the free Starbucks to help fuel those study sessions? Our team wishes all of our residents a successful finals week.

We hope the Welcome Boxes were a hit with your resident! From useful items to yummy treats, we love surprising our residents when we can!

Did your resident attend our Friends themed Renewal Kickoff event? The Wood Fired Grilled Pizza was a huge hit. What’s better than a custom pizza and securing your dream apartment for another year!? We also announced the Courtyard Renovation that will be taking place this summer! Residents will be able to enjoy a brand new courtyard complete with a gas fire pit, new luxury grilling stations, hammocks, pergola etc. Click HERE to view the rendition! The rumors are true; Hillside is the G.O.A.T!
This month we welcomed NY Goat Yoga to our property for a class in our courtyard. Residents had an absolute blast with the friendly baby goats and getting in some movement outdoors among friends and new neighbors. We can’t wait to host this event again in the future.

All The Little Things
September was also full of little delights. Waffle Weekends, Popcorn Fridays, surprise Ice Cream Cones and Panera Chocolate Chip Cookies were enjoyed by many residents this month! And it didn’t stop there – we also had two #FeelGoodFriday giveaways on our social media, with $25 gift cards to Latte Lounge and Kings Kakery up for grabs!

Spooky Season
If your resident isn’t following us on Instagram, remind them to do so! We kick off all of our events and giveaways on our social media and have some fun things on the calendar this month that won’t want to be missed.

Rent Reminder
As a friendly reminder, the October rent installment was due on the 1st and needs to be paid by the 5th in order to avoid the automatic late fee. Please contact our office if you need assistance with making a payment.
