We have been spoiled with gorgeous weather in Oneonta this month! Our courtyard is booming with blooms and rich greenery. Keep in mind our free yard game rentals are available 7 days a week! Enjoy Cornhole, giant Connect Four, KanJam, giant Jenga and Yardzee! And who can forget about the commercial sized BBQ grills!
A Fun Fall
As we prep the apartments and community for returning and new residents, we are also brainstorming some exciting events to kick off the Fall Semester! Our Breakfast On-The-Go and Courtyard Cookout happening the first week of classes are just the start of what is in store for our residents! And who can forget about Waffle Weekends starting up again in the Hillside Cafe. YUM!

Renewals
Be sure to check when your current renters insurance policy expires, so you can renew it and upload the Declarations page(s) to the online portal ahead of time for review, as it must be approved prior to your current policy expiring.
July Rent
Just a friendly reminder that the July rent installment is due. Please log on the portal to submit payment if you haven’t done so already! For any residents who still need to move out, refer back to our recent Move-out email for details on the process!
Lastly, our Hillside Team would like to wish you and your family a safe and fun 4th of July weekend! Our office will be closed the 4th, but reopen at 10am on July 5th.
