We kicked off the end of the Spring Semester with a Cinco De Mayo event in our Red Dragon Lounge. Residents enjoyed margaritas as well as chips and salsa, fun new games and festive music! We hope everyone had a good time!
Congratulations Class of 2021!
During a very challenging academic year, our residents got through it all and made it to graduation! Congratulations again, to all of our graduating residents! We are honored you chose Hillside to be a part of your college career and wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors!
Summer Fever
For residents still at Hillside and looking for some outdoor fun this summer, stop by our front desk or contact us to borrow lawn games for the courtyard! We have Giant Jenga, KanJam, Cornhole, and Giant Connect Four. These games are available for use any day of the week. Simply have your resident stop by the lobby with a State ID to borrow a game.
Community Updates
In accordance with CDC guidelines, we have removed the mandatory mask policy at Hillside Commons. Our new mask policy is that we request all residents and visitors that have not been vaccinated to continue to wear a mask in our community and follow guidelines. Those who have been fully vaccinated can enjoy our community without their mask. Our fitness center is also back to being open 24/7. Residents can now enjoy the fitness center and lounges without restrictions. Our sanitizing stations remain available in all locations.
Move out Reminders
Is your resident moving out? Please be sure to read our detailed email that contains our Move-Out Guide and other relevant information. We understand the guide is detailed but it contains important information and helpful tips on cleaning and other procedures. Security deposits will be returned within 14 days of the end of the lease term, July 31st, 2021.
